It began with a simple observation: students weren’t failing because they lacked ability — they were falling through the cracks of classes too large, feedback too slow, and study plans that treated every student the same. So we built a centre around the opposite idea: small groups, real conversations, and teachers who stay with a student long enough to actually see their progress.

Every class happens in person, at our centre. No dashboards, no pre-recorded lectures — just a whiteboard, a small group of students, and a teacher who adjusts the lesson in real time based on what’s actually landing.
